Cadillac CTS 2014 running cost

iam considering to buy used Cadillac CTS 2014.i knew that its resale is very bad but iam asking about the running cost & sevice.
they stated in their web site that they give warranty for 4years or 10000km, what they actually mean by "warranty" and is the regular service is included?

Warranty will be provided for 4years but to obtain warranty you have to take the car to the deaLer as per their timetable and pay them for services and parts.
If you donot take the car to the service centre as per the schedule you loose the warranty.
Warranty for car is a business trick. wITH The amount THAT you pay for services and parts for the 4 years , you can buy a another second hand car.
Also they may replace any part as per their wish and charge you money. You have no option in selecting parts replacal .

with the warranty they will fix any manufacturing defects caused by normal wear and tear. you have to pay for all regular services unless you have other T&Cs agreed upon.
