Problems with Baladiya, moi and mostly govt websites in office?

Hey all,

As you know the PROs in the qatar companies always deal with Baladiya.gov.qa,moi etc.,. government websites.

These websites are not okay all the time. Sometimes it's dead slow, sometimes don't load at all, sometimes works partially, sometimes some functions not work properly.

These websites were never stable with us, if it works fine today, not sure about tomorrow.

Followed all the recommendations:

1. Use Internet Explorer : Yes

2. IE 10 or 11 version : Yes

3. Java 8 : Yes

4. Add website in Compatibility mode : Yes

5. Allow Pop-Up Blocker to site : Yes

Internet is okay, speed too. All other websites are fine except these government websites are not stable with us.

* Really not sure, where is the problem, from our side or there ?

* Am I missing something ?

* Any other ideas to troubleshoot ?
