How is annual leave calculated?

I know that according to Qatari labor law, you are entitled to an annual leave of 21 days. But are weekends included?
If you decide to take your annual leave in one go, would that amount to a full month?
Thanks for clarifying this to me. I heard from someone that the 21 days include the weekends.
its just 21 days or rather calendar days thats mentioned in the labor law.
but each company sets its rules. most government and semi government or the top private firms have 24 working days which if taken in one stretch gives them nearly 10 friday and saturday's that comes in between.
few others give 30 calendar days - which is including the weekly off days.
check your contract or company policy
Read your contract first. That should clarify.
In my experience , it should not include weekends
