Where to give back unused medicines

is there any place i can give back tablets and syrups free , which i did not use and also had enough expiry date.

While your thoughts are noble, you cannot. There is no such place that accepts such medicines. Also, health centers run by the government provide medicines almost free of costs easily within the reach of all. Medicines are prescribed items and the possibilities of their misuse exists which may lead to complications. Suggest, you dispose them off in a proper way.
