I am in Business Visa now..can i bring my family here for 3 months atleast.and also my driving license is going to expire in october'15.Can i renew it with Business Visa?

Senseless! If you don't have RP, you can't initiate family visa nor driving license. Once step at a time my friend! If you do this now with immigration and traffic dept. they will laugh at you.

how u can apply for family visit without RP. I have renewed my driving license when i was on business visit , but it was temporary driving license (red color) and the validity same as my business visa
