It is a very simple maintenance job. All the technician would be doing is to clean the exhaust drain pipe. Get hold of any AC technician around your area and he will do the servicing in under 30 minutes possibly charging you around QR 100 - 150. I have a technician near my place and will see if he could come over to you sometime today after 6 PM.
