Description
- Perform a wide variety of administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations and activities within the Accounting & Finance department, including; accounting, benefits administration, payroll, file maintenance and phone coverage.
- Prepare financial reports, receipts and other documentation as required.
- Respond to and interface with a variety of parties, including; vendors, benefit providers and employees.
- Additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.

Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field or 2-5 years applicable experience required. • Working knowledge of accounting methods and terms. • Ability to perform accurate calculations. • Proficient with computers, including browser-based software services and advanced spreadsheet software functions and formulas. • Possesses excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, high level of professionalism, ability to think analytically, attention to detail, strong business ethics and excellent work ethic. • Ability to operate standard office equipment.Location
