NOC for more than 5 Years working in only one Company

Hello...Is it True that after a continuous five (5) years working in one company anybody can transfer a jobs freely from current employer to another company and No need an NOC from them?Please help.

@lawrenZ it's very true !! But a minor error is that they have missed out the valueless digit '0' after the digit five. So you can add it up to see how L._.o._.n._.g :-))
