A Degree in Civil Engineering/ Equivalent - Above 5 Years of experience. In which 2-3 Years in Qatar/GCC - GCC experience - Excellent knowledge of ISO - Must have excellent communication skill in English both spoken and written - Worked for a main contractor - Delivered Building or Infrastructure projects or Water/ Utilities/Drainage related projects - Preference will be given those who are having transferable work visa with NOC
