re application for work visa after first one got cancelled
Hi; My visa application got cancelled 2 weeks back by MOI.
a) I want to know why it was cancelled but my employer could not answer that, how do I know why it is cancelled?
b) I want to know if I can apply for another job immediately in Qatar since all my documents are ready. Or do I need to wait for some time ? What is the rule for re-application for work visa after the first one gets cancelled.
i thought if it got cancelled you would have to leave then its two years before they allow you back in the country ?.
This is my first time visa application in Qatar, it got Rejected by the ministry, I applied only for Qatar and not Dubai.

As per my knowledge you have 2 options:
1. The company PRO should go to Immigration office and meet the Captain or the in-charge and ask for manual approval. This is preferred way and have good opportunities to get the approval
2. If that didn't work then as per the procedure you have to apply again after 3 months unfortunatley

is it your first time in Qatar? and is it cancelled or rejected? usually if it is rejected, MOI is not providing any reasons. If it happens that this is your first time then you can try again applying for your visa. Actually it all depends on the PRO's knowledge on visa processing
