Work Visa transfer to Family Visit

Dear All...

My wife she is here now in Qatar on one company work visa. She has just arrived to Qatar a month ago.She didn't finish her medical, finger and visa stamping so far. Shall i transfer her visa under my sponsor as family visit with her company NOC or she should exit Qatar for making family visit ?. Any expert can advise please.....
