Any observatory in Qatar? Telescope selling shop?

From where can I buy a good and reasonably priced telescope for my son?

He is very hyper active and might be not looking back on it after using it for few days. So I dont want to spend a fortune on it.

Is there any observatory in Qatar where kids can go n watch stars?

Pls advise. I have tried amazon.com but there reviews are pretty eye opening so m not buying from there and looking for local resources.
