My hair growth is very fast and dense. Can you suggest some permanent alternative for waxing or shaving?

you can try looking up No No hair removal. It is a hand held laser that worked for my wife.

You can go for laser treatment but I guess that would be somewhat costly. As to how effective it would be, you need to discuss it over with the clinics that do this treatment.

There is no permanent solution. My Cuban shotputter loved to wax, but also used creams and laser (which was longer lasting but expensive)
