Change of trade in engineer visa

I am a mechanical engineer working in a reputed construction company in Qatar. When I took visa from my company, the management informed me that it will be a civil engineer visa but there won't be any issue for working as a mechanical engineer since the profession is engineer. But for now I am planning to apply for Grade A certification from MMUP since I got my masters degree recently.Will the change in trade make any issue for my application?
