PRESENT JOB ROLE

• Be a team member and leader.
• Safety measures of all the workers.
• Have to inform the work status to higher authorities daily.
• Carrying out routine preventive and predictive maintenance checks for various stack/process Analyzers in the HPCL refinery. 
• Working with Process Analyzers such as AMETEK 2000 WDG series O2 ANALYSER.
•  Working with AMETEK Air Demand 900,920 Analyzers.
• Working with EMERSON stack Analyzers (ROSEMOUNT NGA 2000) which includes NOX, SOX, HC, CO.
• Working with Process Analyzers such as EMERSON ROSEMOUNT OXYIMITTER 4000.
• Working with THERMOFISHER stack analyzers (i series) NOX, SOX, HC, CO.
• Working with ANTEK Total Sulfur C6200S Live chart analyzers.
• ABB – VISTA2000 series Gas Chromatograph,ABB O2 analyzer.
• Working with HACK 5000 Series Selica Aanlyzer, Orion 1800 Series Sodium Analyzer
•  Working with YOKOGAWA PH and CODUCTVITY analyzers.
• DURAG 290, AMETEK Product LAND, SICMAIHAK SPM Analyzers.
• Carrying out calibration for analyzers on monthly basis, generating and maintaining reports for the purpose of environment regulations as prescribed by STATE POLUTION CONTROL BOARD.
