Salary Delay & 3 Months Salary Pending..
Dear All,
Am working in MEP company. I joined here @ January 1st week. My company not giving salary properly. January month salary i received few days before only. I don't know when they will release the pending salary. I was totally fed up. I have lots of financial commitments. I submitted my resignation letter and asked them to relieve me and settle my pending salary. But thr is no proper response from them..
Kindly need ur valuable suggestion. I need to go back to my country immediately with all my pending salary.

same here.. almost 3 months now without salary. im working as a radiographer in a private clinic. if ever they give us salary, its only for one month. the remaining two months will be pushed again to the next month and so on... is there any one working here in labor that can help us? thanks

Newexpatqatar: what does that have to do with his salary delay ? His contract is with his company
Company Name is Radius Engineering Co. W.L.L.. Employees and labors are suffering lot without salary..
Did you submit the bills of works done to the client ?
Has it been approved & paid ?

If you have with you a contract with the company that has been registered at the Labor Office, you can seek the assistance of the Labor Office and file a complaint there. The Labor Office will assist you in getting your dues and in leaving the country.
I bet his contract is NOT approved by the ministry.
if you have a legal contract with this company , the law will protect you . contract must be signed and approved from ministry of labors .
