Inquiry regarding NOC
Hi All,
My company is based in Dubai, I am having Job Visa of Dubai and visiting Qatar on Business Visit Visa for 3 months each time from more than a year. Our company is tied up with Local company in Qatar and they are providing me Business Visit each time for 3 months. For every 3 months i am exiting and returning back with new Business Visit to Qatar.
I got interviewed by a company in Qatar and waiting for the offer letter from that Company. Can I exit from Qatar and return back with JOB Visa from another company. My question is that do i need a NOC from my local partner company? Please clarify someone went thru the same situation.

Once i get the offer letter i will exit from Qatar and my company will cancel my Dubai Visa, if required i will go back to India and i will come back to Qatar on employment Visa with another company. Is there possibility that i can come directly to Qatar from Dubai.
no need NOC, you can cancel Dubai visa and come directly to Qatar with new Visa
Silver your point is not clear. If you want to change your job, then even your Dubai visa will be cancelled right? In Qatar as long as you are on a business visa or visit visa the moment you exit there is no binding. You can re-enter on a residence permit issued by a company. But when you cancel in Dubai you will have to go to your home country, so what will you do? Fly from there.
