Are the rates at Anantara for real?

If you visit the website of Anantara, you will notice that the special offers has one set of rates, and when you check for availabltity of bookings, you get a whole different rate. In fact a full 10 Thousand more just for a single person and for a single night. What's up with that?

Has anyone been there offlate? Do you really need to spend at least 15000 buck for just a day at Anantara? I rather go and stay for a night a Armani hotel in Burj Khalifa, Dubai and it wouldnt cost me that much (including the airfare). Sheesh!!
