 Microsoft (Configuring of Windows 7/8.1 Pro and Server Windows 2012/2012R2).
 Setting up Domain controller, new users, file restrictions and printer/scan network setup.
 Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
 Replacing parts as required.
 Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
 Supporting the roll-out of new applications, new hardware.
 Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
 Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
 Printer & Scanner Configurations.
 Installing the video & audio CCTV surveillance system with DVR system.
 Cat 5/5e and fiber optic cabling for network communications capabilities.
