My family finally got here on a visit visa which was eligible for 1 month and extendable to 6 months.

Due to my company not paying salary correctly I will not be able to obtain RP for them so it looks like i will have too send them out of country before the visit visa expiration.

My question , can i just re-apply for another family visit visa once they are out of country ? Is there a time limitation

Thanks guys , I am sure someone here has the correct answer.
