‘Kawader’ program is an innovative learning initiative by QFCA and QFBA who believe in investing in the future of the potential business leaders and decision-makers in Qatar’s emerging industry of financial services sector. The program endeavors to equip participants with internationally recognized professional certifications along with enhanced personal development skills which we believe will drive their growth in the industry, motivating them to build a career path in the financial sector, assisting them in choosing their future area of expertise; providing potential leaders with a world-class learning experience, making them highly-sought-after entrants to the financial market; and bridging the gap between the industrial and the academic world.
The QFBA, which operates under the auspices of the QFC Authority, also delivers several certificate programs in conjunction with international awarding bodies such as the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), and Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIOB).
