• Initiate to secure needed tools (with field big tool box) and equipment needed for assigned area
• Conduct manpower assessment and assign competent group leaders in each team
• Conduct daily coaching for weak workers and tool- box meeting to remind of safety and discuss possible work hazards in each team.
• Review construction isometric drawings and piping arrangement drawing to detect technical errors/field obstruction and inform immediately my superior/ engineering for revision.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report.
• Coordinate with other foreman/supervisors to facilitate work interference in the field.
• Conduct close supervision of construction works to ensure work quality, productivity and safety.
