The role
This is an exciting time to be part of Ausin as we are on a constant growth path. As such, we are currently looking for experienced and talented property an experienced and talented property sales manager head and sales consultants to join our team and to execute the contract process for the sale of apartments and house & land packages in Australia. This is a fast-paced and challenging role for someone who is likes to push the limits. To be successful in this role it is essential that you have worked in off the plan property sales.
Sales Manager
Key accountabilities
- Managing the sales team and lead generation
- Targeting the expatriate community.
Must-haves
- Experience in Australia would be an advantage;
- Excellent communication both written and verbal in English;
- Proven experience in Leading and managing a team of sales consultants.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external;
- Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with Developers;
- In-depth knowledge & understanding of multiple projects across Apartments and House & Land;
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing a sales team to reach & exceed sales targets; and
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing and coordinating sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Substantial experience in property sales;
- Experienced manager of people, process and procedure;
- Very strong organisation skills and attention to detail;
- Well presented;
- Real Estate Representative licence an advantage;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related field;
