Metrash2 mobile application

I updated to Metrash2 latest version and after that I cannot log in . I get this error "You have reached maximum active user limit. Cannot proceed further". Can anybody help? Before updation I was able to log in.

I Forgot my pass code of my metrash2 . So what should I do now??

Guys

It is very simple. First deactivate the facility by sending sms. Once you got the message as you have been deactivated, you may have to re-install the same software and get activated by the same way you have activated previously. Then you can login......

i also found this error. maybe you changed 2-3 mobiles. you need to use one mobile for one log in only. even iam facing the same problem now.
