Thank you all!

So there is no an official law that allows me to be under my family if I want to, being married? Chamaleon, If i resign and come back can I transfer to my family even without the NOC from my Company? I have not legal reasons to be under my company's, just that they wanted to be my sponsors when I joined.

Resign, cancel work visa and come back under husband sponsorship. That's what I did :)

Goya the company in fact will save money in renewals and documentations of your case when you transfer out, but if there is a policy matter due to various reasons that you should be on their sponsorship to work for them then you will have to consider your priority of the job or transferring sponsorship.

If the company will not give you NOC, go to the labor ministry, ask about Mr. Saleh Al-Shawy, he is the director and his door is open to the public from 7 am to 1 pm.
