A Case of Humanity

Qatar is one of the richest countries in the world. I passed my childhood there and I feel that country as my own. However, today I am here to explain something else.
My father sincerely worked for one of the renowned company in Qatar as a senior executive for more than 36 years. At the time of his retirement he did not get his gratuity and an amount deducted from his salary promised by the company to be refunded but at the time of his retirement the amount was not refunded to him and his clam latter address to the company remained unattended. Finding no other alternative he filed a case in labor court case no 311/2012. The honorable court has kindly following up the matter systematically.
Unfortunately the final decree of the honorable court has not yet been given. He is his 70s now and wondering whether final judgment of justice will be given to my father during his lifetime.
Thanks guys for your comments. I have no doubt about the justice department and labor Department. However, it seems to be there is a small loop hole which is Justice department gives the job to calculate the supposed money amount to a third party company. Now more then six months that company is silent and not providing its result for which the case is stuck. The court I think already fined that company 1000 Riyals for delay but I believe this fine is not effecting them. My suspect is that this company have been biased by the company where my father used to work. As a result whole jurisdiction process got hanged up regarding this case. Can anyone give me idea what I can do on this regard?

Remember about the nurse case how she won. More or less it's the same and ur father will win. Gratuity is his every employees right.
My sixth sense tells he will get his justice in a honest way. Labour department will always support the employees. Do not loose hope.
