I am looking for the position of HR Manager, which relates strongly to my over 17 years of experience in HRD functions.  

As HR Manager working with company base in Qatar, I believe to meet all the essential criteria of the position. Highlights of experience and demonstrated talent I would bring to your organisation include:   Holds the credit for managing relationships with key stakeholders like, line managers and other employees to ensure effective partnering of HR with business.

Played a vital role in leading a team of Business HR Managers, accountable for ensuring consistency in execution of HR initiatives in the organisation.   A keen communicator with honed interpersonal, problem solving and analytical abilities.   NOC will be available.

I am now looking to take up roles as Human Resource in reputed companies. My interest would be in Strategic Planning, HR Operation, Recruitment, On Boarding(Joining formalities), Employee Relations, Performance Management,Compensation & Benefits, Time Management,Payroll Management,MIS Exits, HR administration and HR Audit.
