Key Deliverables:

• Collecting the document of staff, workers, sub-contractors for arranging gate passes for enter and exit according to site requirement.
• Coordinate with Authorities to preparing entry / exit gate pass, Once received the gate pass then updates the same to the PRO and related departments
• Coordinating and follow up to authorities related to site incidents/accidents.
• Co-ordinate with production, maintenance supervisors for planned and unplanned work,
• Coordination between Main office and site for the activities of employee allocation for the project, and provides detailed reports to the same.
• Handling Petty cash for the site requirement and provide reports to the Accounts department.
• Time keeping of all employees in the site and site transports, Coordinate with transportation & Logistics department for arranging transportation.
• Controlling &  placement of various assets, Inventories, Equipment, and spares required for Projects
• Movement and Control of materials, and checked the same by physically, and updates into the system.
• Handling and safe keeping of all documents in a systematic way
• Initiating & conducted the Safety training under ADNOC, and Coordinating and setting up meeting.
• Coordinate with Vendors/Suppliers for the delivery of Items procured.
• Aware of Materials required for the Water Pipeline project by checking& verifying with the drawings.
• Combined & Familiar with Construction of Water Tank by using Slip Foam Method.
• Taking care of  any other task or office requirement assigned by facility manager
• Review safety standards in the site and accepting work-permits depending on the nature of job.
• Attending the daily and weekly progress review meeting with client, consultant engineers and subcontractor, update them with the current site status and reports.
• Preparation of As Built reports and final Documentation.
• Monitor and ensure the correction of non-conformance report items and other issues supporting QA/QC compliance.
  • Discussion with Designer if there any abstraction with piping.
  • System Checking along with Piping & Instrument Drawings.
  • Ensuring that all welders are qualified, and supervising the Welding activities are done as per the approved WPS.
