Hi,

I'm working here for last 7 months. I'm civil engineer but company has provided me Foremen visa because of in availability of Engineer Visa. I have all the documents attested from Qatar Embassy like attested degree, mrg certificate, child birth certificate, passports and all other neccessary documents required for applying visa.

Now, i want to know weather they will pass my application because i have foremen visa or they will reject because few guys told me that you should have an engineer visa for Family RP visa, yon can only apply for visit visa. What can i do ?

It will definitely get rejected. I just completed the process for my family. Don't even attempt. First change into Engineer visa, then with ALL documents go apply. In the meantime you can bring your family on a visit visa for 6 months..

Requirements for Family Status

1. Valid Passports for all members having more than 6 months to expire.

2. Valid ID Card of Sponsor (you)

3. 6 months Original Bank Statement (Salary above QAR. 10,000.00 per month)

4. Address Proof

5. Attested Engineering Degree Certificate

6. Attested Marriage Certificate

7. Attested Birth Certificate for Child only.

8. Attested Labor Contract ( Salary above QAR. 10,000.00 per month & Valid Profession as per Visa )

9. No Objection Certificate from Employer

Try permanent visa if reject then u go to visit visa in the same time...
