Termination

Dear all

My company terminated me with a one month notice period.But its been more than 20 days after the termination,they didnt take intiative such as ari ticket booking,financial settlement until now.When i asked them about these,they told me they are holding my termination for indefinite period.I already sighned the termination letter provided by the company,but no particular date they are telling me.What i could do if they dont let me go after the actual termination date.I am just technician here,i dont know what to do,Is this legal they are holding my papers and exit even after the termination date is over?wht is the next step for me

Go to Labor Office and lodge a complain. They will help you out.
