Family Visit Visa Exit

Recently I heard from my friends that now spouse or any close relatives who has a family visit visa can exit Qatar after 6 months (the normal visa extension period) period and can immediately return Qatar with a new family visit visa without having to wait for 3 months. Is this true? Is this new law recently implemented?

So that means once the family again arrives in Qatar on a new Family Visit Visa so they have to undergo Medical examination again?
