Super worried about MEDICAL CLEARANCE :( HELP!

I went for the chest x-ray the government health dept for Resident Permit. They found "Left infraclavicular small fusiform opacity likely vascular about 6 mm" on my lung. I got PPD skin test, the result was 19 mm. ( I know it was really huge and not normal, but I HAVE NO SYMPTOMS of TUBERCULOSIS!!! )

They sent me to Rumeila Hospital Tuberculosis dept. (I thought I had to go home already)

for another investigation. What will they do to me next? Sputum test only? or Blood test only? or both? I am so worried right now... and here are the several questions that I need help with

1. If I am a "Latent TB", will they send me home right away? or will they give me the medication?

2. If the thing on my lung was from the TB in the past, does it still mean that I am a "Latent TB" right now?

3. If the sputum test and blood test both are "NEGATIVE", what will happen next?

Thank you very much in advance for your help. I do appreciate your opinions a lot. I am so worried about everything right now and I can't get to concentrate of what I'm doing. :(

3.

TB is curable, I know of some instances wherein workers were allowed to stay and being treated while working. Don't panic, it will not help you in anyway. Just go through with what they will advice you. Take care.
