- Keep Checking The Network Links.
- When The Links Fail, Generate The Ticket And Forward To Field Engineer.
- Installing and Maintaining Windows 2003 Server
- Monitoring Client Network.
- Installation Maintenance and Trouble – Shooting Of Computers And Networks
- Administrating Over Network Systems Installing Troubleshooting Nic, Lan Connections, Hub, Switches
- Installing and Configuring New Hardware / Software.
- Application Problems (Ms-Office Problems, Not Able To Install Any Software)
- Network Related Problems (Like System Is Not In Network, Not Able To Access Other Machines Etc.)
- Follow Up And Give Feedback On Requirements.
