where can i get polarizer filter for dslr lens

I am looking for some lens filters ( may it be circular polarizer filter or ND filter )to use on my dslr lenses .. i want to know what stores in doha sell these accessories and even its great if i can buy it online. thanks in advance, your help or suugestions are appreciated :)

@nomad_08 thanks for your reply. Had been to the store but couldn't find the 10stop screw-on filter :( the only 10 stop ND they have is the lee big stopper, Also for which i need to get the complete holder kit as well (will cost 4000 QAR).
