NOC

Hi Friends,

I know this has been discussed so many times before but with the recent updates on Kafala system and all related matters, just need some info based on "actual experiences and verified infos".

I know that it is not an obligation from the employers to give NOC to their employees but what if the job offer is from Government owned companies? I

know (I'm not so sure though) that it is not mandated by Qatar law to give NOC regardless if the offer is from Government or not.

I have personally known some people who were able to come back without the 2 year ban (even less than 6 months) hence I have assumed such as an interim to the much awaited changes on our law.

Now, if the offer is from Government, are these private companies compelled  to give NOC?

Hoping for a witty and sensible responses from good old QL friends.

Many Thanks

I commented "Anyone good ol' QL friends?" Why was it flagged by admin? I was just asking if somebody can respond?

I also wish to know it, any one can help on this if the company terminate our service and not willing to give NOC to join the govt?
