is that normal my work visa now one month and not ready yet even big company has apply for me?please how long processing time for work visa?and thanks a lot

Once you got the approval of your visa, your company has to apply for medical appointment.

After your medical test approval, apply of finger prints, once it done you will get your RP done and will get your ID in few days. Visa processing duration 45 to 60days.
