Project Visa unable to transfer

Hi Everyone,
i am here to seek help.
i am currently working in qatar since morethan 5 years on employment visa and recently i our project was finished , and i got the release from employer but after few days new employer has informed that your visa status is project visa hence it cannot be transferred.
my employer has given the release and noc documents.
is there any way to transfer this visa ??
How many days will take to get project visa in this situation, moreover, is visas are getting issued ?

If you have NOC, leave the country for a day and come back with a new work visa from your new sponsor. It's as easy as that.
My visa is project visa . For unblocking the visa I submitted all documents to labour on last Sunday . But actually I did not get any messages from labour department for my visa status . Normally message will get after two days . Then how will check my visa status . Please help me
Normally, project visa is non transferable and if you get an offer, get out of the country with an NOC and come back with another or new company's visa. This is how you would be able to return.

try to go to labor department, explain to them and ask nicely to get their approval, they do help on this issue and maybe they will approve your visa transfer. it needs maximum of 1 week
dear khurram just submit all your documents(1set copy) to labor office after 2 days they will update to you for changing
if they refuse you have to exit the country with NOC then you can come back.
