Travel to Qatar Via Dubai

Dear Members

Please advice me with your suggestion & your valuable answers.
I was working in UAE in 2005 .Due to some personal family issue ,I left UAE without cancelling the UAE employment visa. & Without informing to employer. Now I got new employemnt in Qatar. My co. had send me the ticket Via dubai to Qatar to join me here in qatar. I need to travel to Qatar via DUBAI .please advise whether I can fly with emirates airways to qatar from mumbai India.

I was told that the UAE employer informed to the immigration that I left abscond. Please advise the procedure. I don't have any criminal record or loan from the bank in UAE.

Please I am very upset, not getting this info from any source, Please guide me. Thanks a lot and take care
