Dataflow complete but no certificate of verification

Hi guys please help.

I've just recieve an email that my Dataflow has been completed. But I did'nt recieve any Certificate of Verification for health care Professional. What I recieve was a "Credential Verification Report" and in my Employment#2 it say's that "Unable to Verify" .

I am really confuse right now on what to do? Did I pass the verification?
