plz can anyone tell me where i can find a good n cheap swiiming classes in doha....or any gym to stay fit...m searching for so long n they all r really costly for me....plz advice..i live in najma area

Sana, Half of your worries 'r finished , for staying fit, we don't need to go anywhere. Just do excercise at you home & save your money ..... eat wisely & laugh a lot { when needed } ........ pray hard , be positive , don't watch news channels for more than 15 minutes / day , lsiten others carefully , have compassion for the world's humanity , water flower plants regularly .... you will feel a river of energy flowing inside your mind & body ......
