Dear Ms Tanya Shah,
First of all, we acknowledge the receipt of this email from you and are extremely sorry for any inconveniences caused to you in this regard.
We inquired with our call center agent Mr Shafiq and he mentioned that there were no calls in this regard and he has not shared the email ID's of Management as he even does not know about it.
We also inquired the driver as mentioned in your below email and he promises that he had never got into such action with anybody in his career with us in the last 2 years and we never had any customer complaints against this driver till date.
However, there could be some drivers who get into this kind of cheap behaviour due to their attitude and this spoils the image of the company in entirety.
We regularly put our drivers under training / refresher Courses to deal with passengers in a polite and courteous manner.
We have received customer complaints about few drivers in the past and appropriate actions are taken against the drivers who misbehaved with customers as customers come with valid proof such as taxi meter receipt for the ride, vehicle number, pick up and drop location etc.
AL MILLION wants to be better than KARWA with our professional services in the hospitality industry and of course with the support of customers; However these are drivers who deal with passengers on daily basis and they have attitude issues.
We try to identify good, smart and courteous drivers during interview and bring them down to Doha and we continuously impart training to them so that they do not get into such kinds of cheap behavioural issues with passengers.
What we would suggest is that you come and meet our customer complaint department executive Mr. Jaffar (70483121) and our Head of the Department of Taxi Division, Mr. Mubarak (70483444) and Mr. Joby (70483777) when you return back to Doha in Sep with the copy of driver's ID so that we can investigate this matter further with all concerned and arrive at a conclusion on this matter.

dear Ms. Shah, best thing is to go to police. They cannot reply by a bullshit email to police, like they did to you. Since the driver refused to give a bill, that itself is enough to go to police.
Taxi service is a joke here, get the limosine services, the drivers are much professional than these jokers in taxi cabs. But be prepared to pay 5 to 10 rials more... but it is worth it. I have regular guy who drives me and my family around, very friendly and trustworthy. He is never late and always on time. If you want I can pm his number to you.
I think the Limosines service is better the drivers are not so greedy and nott have any daily target . also No Dirty Smell inside the Car
Company policy is to save driver not to take Action ,These drivers never bath and Car is full of Foul smell. when will the authorities remove all these junks from road. I

Verma, I beg to differ with you. Some taxi drivers are good, some horrible. Some do not follow traffic rules or courtesy and argue even when at fault, either they do not know the rules or have issues. Some are very polite. And it does not matter which taxi co. in Qatar. Honestly, for me, when travelling in a taxi abroad or in Qatar, all taxi drivers have been very helpful. I drive a car so my issue is when these drivers drive as if there is no other car on the road and stop where they want, cut lanes. etc etc.
Huh... Who has time to go for their complaints.. Taxi drivers are all same everywhere in the world...
