Aramex Shop and Ship - delay

Dear friends,
My items are lying in USA Aramex, since Jul 17th, no updates on websites and mobile app. I wrote to customer service, they replied via mail that they will come back to us in 48 hours. May be they will do something, basically their service is good. But my items are urgent and i ordered items well in advance before my travel, due to urgency.
Whom to contact in Aramex, Qatar, who has authority and will rectify their mistake.
Please advice, so that atleast USA Aramex ships item on priority.
There is a delay in last week. I had a shipment on the same day and updated only yesterday night. so yours should be added to the account today ..
By the way, there is no point in contacting anyone for SNS shipment as they don't do anything/give any priority for SNS shipments.

you should see the update in Aramex SNS mobile application or website if it is being shipped, arrived in Doha or stuck at customs. You may get it in few days if you are lucky else items stuck in customs take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks to clear.
normally with shop & ship delays are expected... i had similar situations twice & left for vacation before evn item reached doha.
If the problem is a delay at customs, you will just have to wait. Last year I waited nearly 2 weeks after an item arrived in Qatar because of the backlog by the customs inspectors.
