What all beneift i should get upon my final settlement‏

i gave a service of 26 months . in which i took one month paid leave last year . my question whether i should be able to get leave salary other than 2 years gratuity , i guess as per my employer vacation salary will not be given when some one leaves the company. if he does't pay what step i sould take. kindly suggest.
