Depressing Real Estate

House rent in Qatar is increasing day by day and Qatari govt is doing nothing, people from South India are mainly responsible for this.

They don't know how to make a good design of houses and they just made their own and put them on rent.

I have been searching for a single bedroom proper flat which i'm not getting in 3500 QAR and these agents are responsible for hike of price.

Just today i went to Umm Ghawlina , tthe guy told me its in the building and the design is original their is alteration and no partition but in real the building had 6 floors and that flat was on roof which he made that on his own design

Hall of size 1.5m* 2m and bedroom 2.5*3m and a small kitchen and small bathroom and that bloody guy was asking for 3500 QAR but for me the original worth was only 1500 QAR.

This is not it i have gone through a several examples of same stories but no action been taken by PWD or whatever.

I tell u they are like servant quarters in India.

Saudia Arabia is much better country to live in even Dubai also in terms of cost of living.

Qatar is just a hollow box which looks gud from outside but inside its nothing & South Indians are deteriorate this country.

Thanks

Well guys sorry to every south Indian guy. It wasn't my intention to say all but i wrote that in frustration. Being an Indian not just south Indian real estate agents should take care of their country mates.

Sorry to all south people.

Thanks to all for your kind support.

Verma, I agree with your claim but your 1st mistake is blaming all south indians in general. You may be highly qualified or well educated & well placed but you lack in simple decency. Being an Indian, you know that south india means Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra & Tamilnadu all put to gether. Then how dare are you to generalise in a common forum where varieties of natioanlities are existing and you are sending a wrong signal to all of them. Then comes, why dont you meet the house owners direct and why you go thro brokers ? You want to save money, then you find cheap treatment / accomodation in society. As said, as far as house rents, nothing gone wrong, things are right path and thats accepted fact in doha. Choice is yours (buyers) not others (sellers) Good luck, take care.

I am with you Verma in that sentiments.. its not about the nationality but what is going on with this agents... half rent commission is too much... why do they need to ask this on the clients.. they should be asking the commission from the landlord or owner who will be earning from your rent.

Thanks Zafirah, if you can give the number i will contact.

Actually Zafirah it's not about Indian or Non-Indian but why doing wrong, everybody is working hard here so why play with their hard earned money. It's not just frustrating me but to too many people here.

Thanks

M from India and i will blame Indians to doing this doesn't matter he's from India, South North East West or any other coutry . If somebody is doing wrong i will blame, Since the day i have come here i have meet only people from southern India, whoever i have called for rent. We all work so hard we have come here to earn good money good saving, so why cutting pockets of people. Instead of helping being an Indian to Indian you are making fool.

And why should i go to other country why don't you.

Thanks

Dear Verma, if you like the flat for that rate, you take or leave it. That is left to you. But please dont bring the whole south indians in this. That is bad. How much time for south indians to write bad about north indians. We are all one. INDIANS . keep that way. Anyone who is doing wrong is bad. If someone is asking you high rent, that is an individual. He is asking for some reasons. Good or bad - take it or leave it - that is all
