NO NOC FOR ANY VISA????

Assalamualaikom..

I just wanna ask and im praying to ALLAH s.w.t that this query of mine will be answered immidiately..A friend of mine went there at Qatar to work but his visa is business visa. Alhamdulillah he was hired by a good company and required him to submit his NOC..sadly with the new rules in Qatar, they dont issue NOC anymore to those with business visa..PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE...give us an advise whats the best thing to do? that friend of mine is a muslim family man..he cannot afford to go back home in his country because his family is so much counting on him for them to survive..please advise..may ALLAH s.w.t bless us all..

How can the company ask for an NOC if they know there is no NOC for a business visa. He should ask the company the options available.

He can leave the country and come back on a visa from the company?

he can exit to Bahrain or UAE and come back.
