Recruitment agencies for admin positions

Just curious to know, do we have any paid recruitment agencies in Qatar for jobs like Secretaries, admins , salesmen etc.. Few friends of mine who just have finished high school and could not finish any degree were trying to get a job. I thought If there are some agents where we can register and pay their service charge and they can help them getting a job. Any suggestions?

It's illegal in Qatar Labor Law to charge for recruitment services from the job seeker.
