have you tried calling 111 of vodafone?
I did! Costumer service champions took me 15 minutes to answer, and after 30minutes my issues were still not resolved. Up to now, issues were still not done. 1. No out call, when you call it says, please call 111.
When you call 111 it answers in arabic, unfortunate me, i cant understand. So i try call 8007111 omg. Hehehe.
Im sure to cut my postpaid this end of month. Maybe prepaid is good.
Their call centers are outsourced to India and it take ages for them to pick and in the end they cant even solve the problem...rubbish

He must be freeeeeeesshhhhh off the boat, welcome to Qatar, don't expect great customer service, it does not exist here and the concept has some sank in yet. Most places here don't have experienced customer sercvice manager or marketing people. Thery say that they are experience on their profiles and resumes, but they are mostly shit. So don't expect, live with it and you will be fine to spend your numerous years with peace of mind!
