Damaging hair by the vehicle's smoke

Hi friends, I am from California and I am very uncomfortable by the traffic in my area. Day begins here with the blowing horn and fog. it's so disturbing and affecting my personal life. I have started lossing my hair. any suggestions are welcome,Thanks in advance.
