Advise regarding RP

Hi, working presently in a private firm for last 3-4 months, planning to switch job for better prospects, my family rp process is underway with my present firm , can i join the new firm and continue with my family rp procedure (bank statements etc.) Wife on visit visa presently. will my changing job affect her visa in any way.

any valuable advise appreciated..
