ON MY ARRIVAL THROUGH PHONE & AGREEMENT COMPANY AGREED ME BACHELOR ACCOMODATION. IN SALARY THEY ARE DEDUCTING ELECTRICITY & WATER CHARGES EXTRA. IS IT FAIR? KINDLY GIVE ME THE DEFINITION OF BACHELOR ACCOMODATION WHETHER ELECTRICITY & WATER IS INCLUDED OR EXCLUDED IN ACCOMODATION.

It is always the norm that when the company will provide you with an accommodation, electricity and water should be provided for free unless of course it is stipulated in the contract or an allowance is provided. Meanwhile, basic utilities should also be provided (cooking ware, facilities, etc.).
unfair, and no such contract exists saying that electricity and water charges will be deducted.
May be they introduced now because of your using " CAPS LOCK "
in this dessert can you imagine accommodation w/o electricity? they should not be deducting
